Jam or Song at the Beginning?

I absolutely love the tune at the beginning of this concert. Does anyone know if it is just a jam, or a cover of another tune? I have all the old albums and it doesn't appear to be on any of those.

Just heard it for the first time. Some of John's guitar solo sounds reminds me of parts of Murderers from his third solo album. It's probably just a jam though.
