Ellen Burstyn

I am watching Mrs Harris again. I can not belive that I did not find out till yesterday that she died 2 weeks ago. I did not see ANYTHING on it around the time it happened. Anyway, I posted years ago about this movie and thought I would post again. I am still dumbfounded at the fact that Ellen Burstyn was nominated. I think it has to be the biggest flub in it's history.. How on earth did this even happen. 15 seeconds of non desprcipt acting. I know award shows have their merits and they definitely have their shortcomings. This nomination just reinforces the negative aspects of recognzing the actor's craft. I just want to know how they even justified the nomination. And by the way, I love Ellen Burstyn.
