I wanted to like it, but too depressing

I'm a big fan of his work he did in Curb Your Enthusiasm and I like Sarah Silverman, but this was just too depressing to watch. The best scene is when he meets Sarah Silverman in the ice cream shop, but the rest of it was a real bummer. I'm surprised by the comments here that people found humor in a fat out of work guy who lives with his mother and can't sustain a relationship with a woman and can't lose weight. I'm glad someone liked it, because he's a talented actor.
