I thought you all might be interested to know that later on, Josh Rushing was actually hired by Al Jazeera and is now working for them in the US and has been giving all sorts of speeches over the United States. I thought that was very interesting, seeing his transformation throughout the film.

shareMy favourite part of the documentary was seeing the change that took place in Lt Rushing. I agree with the above comment that while at first I was prepared to dismiss him as a young brainwashed idealist, he really surprised me by coming out as a really deep and thoughtful guy. Also, it's really brave by anybody to admit to being wrong and take in the other side. If all people were like him there would eb a lot less problems in the world! But, again as said above, people like that are always drowned by the loud talking idiots of this world. Although there are generally fewer of them and more of us...
