The reruns showing at the moment feature these presenters and here's the best to the not so good from what I've noticed.

1. Jonnie Irwin and Denise Nurse (They usually find the right property on or below budget)

2. Aled Jones (Usually finds the right property sometimes on budget or slightly above)

3. Nicki Chapman (Sometimes finds the right property)

4. Jules Hudson (Sometimes finds the right property but they're almost all always way above budget despite having high budgets to work with)

5. Alistair Appleton (Sometimes finds the right property and sometimes creates friction between himself and the clients)
