Sexually abused?

Hi, I'm trying to write a bloated last-minute paper on Tarnationand I am referencing notes that I had written during a screening of the documentary.

One of the blurbs that I wrote said that an audio-recording of a young Caouette that was played during one of the film's frantic montage sequences had him saying that he was once molested.

Now, I might have misheard things because he could have been referring to his mom or someone else, but then again, I checked out this one review on the web and it said that it was during his foster-home nonsense that the little guy experienced sex abuse. Makes sense, but wouldn't it had make even more sense if it was Renee's rapist who fondled Jonathan? Could he have fabricated that detail, as terrible of a thought that is?

It was all an intentional blur in the crazy (but splendid) film but in an attempt to relate this possible assault with social issues and his possibly nurtured orientation (not that I believe that psychoanalytic junk), is there anyone who could clarify this?

A guitly part of me feels as if it is rather insensitive to inquire into such a personal issue. Still, if Jon was open to shedding his soul and nasty circumstances, there should room for discussion over his life-story.

All feedback is greatly appreciated!
