this movie is a sack of crap

It sounds really good, two gay gang menbers, but the acting is bad the diologe is bad, the story is bad, there is to much wothless talk, this movie is just bad, anyone who was part of this moive should kill themselves, becuse they are all a waist of space for making a good idea into a crappy movie.

moive??

Hard to be convincing when you can't even get some of the simplest words in the English language right.

You should go back to your grammar teacher and ask for some extra lessons.

ok...i'm not going to go as far and say that anyone involved in this movie should kill themselves but I was disappointed in this movie. I fully understand it was done by a 1st time college filmmaker and I totally respect that being one myself. And I'm not going to talk about any of the problems with the acting and the camerawork/lighting etc. because it's something you grow into as a filmamker. (though some shots of people in complete darkness was pretty bad) But the story had so much potential. I agree there was a lot of useless dialogue. We never got the true feeling of their love. It seemed so rushed. Though the ending was impressive.

I think it's cool to show gang members of the same sex in love. People are not always what they seem and this is an issue that Garcia had the courage to show. It is out there. Not that it will make it easier for gang members to come out. Because the Latino culture doesn't make it easy. It's not easy for anybody. Though the songwriter of "Reaper" did come out way before the film.
I was disappointed in the ending. I would rather the couple got away and lived happily ever after, but I guess the producer saw it a different way. It seems to me that most gay love stories end in tragedy, but for the characters, I was hoping for a better ending. I think more time should have been spent on the relationship. It seemed strange to me that when they were alone, they acted like "homies" and not lovers, but again maybe that goes back to the Latino or gang mentality. No offence to anyone, just wondering. And why wouldn't you warn your lover and try to get away or did I miss something?
