Why did she run away with Woo-shik?? I mean, he broke her heart once and didn't regret it! And then... She gave him an another chance!? WHY? He DEFINITELY didn't deserve it.
On the other hand, Hyeon-soo was such a GREAT character and adorable person and he liked (loved?) and cherished her SO MUCH! Some women are really cold bit*hes.

Although it's frustrating to watch, like the other poster said, stuff like that definitely goes on amongst high school age teens and their romances.
However I will say that not showing her intital hook up with Woo-Shik and then taking him back was a mistake, we only heard second hand about what she did and didn't see her motivations, it seemed like they didn't have time to elaborate on her actions and it was an unexplored part of the story.

I think the pursuit of Eun was lost for Hyun when they were running away from the seniors. Hyun hid with Eun, but it was Woo who physically defended her. So Woo was a much more heroic and romantic figure than Hyun could be. Hyun really couldn't compete with that.
Also Woo was more confident, more exciting and provided more drama in the relationship - these are things women tend to desire. I suspect she found Hyun's sappy adoration boring.
