They didn't affect Square or the staff, did they? I'm just curious, 'cause...KH3D and future games may be delayed because of the disasters.

Fortunately, no, from what I heard. There's a list of a lot of big media things confirmed alive, everyone from Nintendo, Square, and other places say they're all fine.
Sadly, there's still over 10,000 dead, and even more of them missing. Out of 127 million people, that may not seem like a lot, but still. My heart goes out to all of those affected.
It does pose a question of how it'll affect media. Manga and anime still seem to mostly follow schedule, and since a lot of them work in places like Tokyo they weren't hit as hard, but still.
