Good Film

Impressive documentary considering the isolated nature and enigma of its subject. The narration, special effects, the photos and images used, the voice-overs, etc., is a good concept well executed. Credit to Jessica Yu for a challenging project well done.

Darger comes across as a schizoid and pedophile who most likely suffered from abuse in his youth. His art, while not of the highest level, has a luminous lilt that makes it appealing. It's too bad psychologists were not interviewed in the film - considering the individual the film discusses, they may have shed further insight into Darger's life.

After all... tomorrow is another day.
