gay relationship between Tilman and Lazerov ??

It looked like there was a latent gay relationship between Tilman (John Heard) and Lazerov (Dylan McDermott). Maybe one-sided. When they were talking in the FRAT parking lot, Lazerov got very emotional and weepy and kept repeating "I did so many things for you, because you told me to." And Tilman said "You are my guy." Then a hug and more crying on shoulder.
