This is possibly the worst movie I've ever seen. I know an argument would be that this is a childrens movie, but most animated films are balanced so the initial comedy aspects of them are for adult audiences. This one just isn't. I can't imagine anyone who's not a kid, a Seinfeld-fan or a numbnut actually enjoying this film. This is embarrasing for DreamWorks.

i agree with the last two a very forgettable film really no memorable scenes and i disagree with characters have nothing special about them sienfield should not do voiceovers as he is not a endearing chacter and his naisly jew comic voice is annoying
shareI watched from the courtroom scene before the flushing down the toilet scene to the very end. I didn't laugh at ANYTHING except for the Winnie the Pooh gag. I kind of felt guilty but I couldn't help it. IMO this film is not underrated and its imdb score should be closer to a 4 or a 5 (It would be a bit nasty to go any lower considering the work that must have gone into the animation, etc.)
sharePersonally I think Over the Hedge is much, MUCH better than this. But I do agree Bee Movie is at least slightly underrated. It isn't that bad. Nowhere near as awful as Shark Tale. *shudder*

No, it's slightly over rated. I gave it a 4, slightly below average. It lost me once the bee started to talk to the woman. After that, most of the jokes and situations were ones you can see in dozens of other movies. The writers took the cheap way out IMO instead of being imaginative. My niece liked it but laughed only once, she seemed bored though most of the time. My wife didn't like it either.

I watched it now, and I swear to God it actually makes me cry laughing EVERY TIME. So witty and silly in the best way.

I watched this when I was younger and didn't leave a mark on me. But now I'm watching it at 27 and I think its hilarious.
