One of my favourite quotes is from series two episode five. The scene where Beth is beating Jamie up and Kate, Lia, Anji, McManus and Callum are trying to pull her off him. A patient who is under the illusion that a frozen chicken is her Baby, taps McManus angrily on the shoulder and says:
Patient. You've woken the baby up.
McManus. Snatches the chicken off her and kicks it across the ward, "ITS A F UCKING CHICKEN, YOU F UCKING FRUIT LOOP!!!"
The look on the womans face when her "baby" goes sliding across the floor is hilarious.
Yeah, thats a classic scene.
