Hiroshima episode - historical person question

I was very disappointed to look up information on the ep. "Hiroshima" and find there is only one actor listed.

There is a girl in this episode, who was waiting for school, and had her metal lunchbox with her. The rice and peas in her lunchbox were carbonized in the million degree heat. Unfortunately, no evidence of her will ever be found - she was obliterated.

The name of the real girl was Rakkel (spelling??) Watanabe. I remember that last name, as Ken Watanabe (Kazamoto in THE LAST SAMURAI) is one of my favorite actors.

I was curious to see if I could find any information that Ken Watanabe is related to the girl in this episode.

Can anyone provide an ACCURATE link, or information? Much appreciated! Thanks.

I'm going to make a guess here and say they aren't related. I think Watanabe is a common name in Japan. I know that one of their most famous boxers of all time is named Jiro Watanabe who fought in the 80s. Again, just guessing here but I'm thinking there are probably thousands of Watanabes in Japan.
