Was anyone else cringing when Jason Alexander was 'stroking' the dealer?

She seemed uncomfortable (I was, too) and it was inappropriate.

We all were. I don't think anyone, male or female, wants to be stroked or dry-humped by Jason Alexander. He dry-humped Susie Essman after she beat him once and it was bad. He also acted very low-class. He told that one poor dealer something like I'm a multi-millionaire and I'm gonna take you home. Tacky. I'd hate to see how he tries to pick up women in real life. He tried too hard to be funny, which backfired.

reply

i never realized it before, but he is a slime bucket.

Before Seinfeld, didn't he play the sick, slimy lawyer of Richard Gere in Pretty Woman? The one who tried to assault Julia Roberts' character and slapped her. It's been a while since I've seen that movie, but I'm positive it was him.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060715/ap_en_mu/katrina_musicians_village Check out what some of the Charity donations from Celebrity Poker Showdown are going towards and the results it has made.

Honestly, he's a nice guy. He might have played it up to the camer a bit. Also, remember that they are sitting there for more than two hrs and we only see two hrs in taping.

So the players and dealers have conversations and develope relationships that are not shown in the taping.

The dealer might have asked for a back rub joking earlier in the game but we didn't get to see it.

Or maybe he was just being silly.

But in person, he is a great guy. And they are all there to do charity work.

Bravo s_5, well-said! I was thinking the exact same thing when I was reading the posts.

I thought it was kind of funny. I think Jason was just having fun, he wasn't being a dick or being creepy. People read too much into these things. He was on the show to entertain people, not be a good samaritan.

I'll be honest. I'm a liar

reply

I wouldn't like a stranger to do that to me...celebrity or not. It was demeaning and too presumptuous.

I saw that too, and the thing that made it so annoying was that he kept doing little things like that through the whole show. Now granted luck was on his side, but it was not very, for lack of a better word, professional in my opinion. I just watched a repeat the other day and Jason Alexander was the first one in the losers lounge.
