Tagline revealing too much?

The tagline for this film is "Incest in a surreal world" as mentioned on the imdb front page for this film. Is that a major spoiler for this film?

Now maybe this is a wacky thought ***Spoilers*** but if I think (if I got the movie right) that sexual intercourse with your sister's clone is not really incest, is it? If she was cloned by that DNA21 thing, that is.

Yeh, but the storyline was too weak to explain the DNA21 clone, segment of ur point. And here another one for u, what was up with the secret thing, I mean did "Dad" sexual abuse the sister and the brother watch and did nothing. Cause, with his friend " His like it's secret time."

To me the dad obviously cloned his daughter, although I was scratching my head until I read on the newspaper obituary that he worked for DNA21. But “secret time” beats me…
