Error with Rifle Badges?

I noticed in the Boot Camp phase...unless you get 100% accuracy on the
rifle range, you do not receive all 3 rifle badges.

Yet, the badges you do get include the 'Rifle Expert' badge, which in the Marine Corps, is the highest rifle badge you can get.

So, that seems like a mistake in the games part.

It seems that you should get the following:

Marksman Badge (the square one) for 50% accuracy
Sharpshooter Badge (the cross) for 75% accuracy
Expert Badge (the cross rifles) for 100% accuracy



It's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.
