I can't remember any scene with Niamh Wilson playing Young Celeste and Alexander Conti playing Young Dana – did I see an edited version or have the scenes been cut?

If they filmed scenes they were never shown. Maybe if they do a DVD release they will have cut scenes that would include the younger actors.
