little rewrite this could've been a good sequel to the original series

* Set it ten years after THE REBIRTH, PART 3 Autobots and Decepticons form the uneasy alliance.

* Change names of new characters to new names. Ironhide is dead, Hot Shot is Hot Rod, no Inferno, so on.

* Shockblast is SHOCKWAVE, survived the movie but was captured and locked away when the Autobots took back Cybertron.

* Alpha Q should be referenced as a Quintesson, who's actual home planet was destroyed.

* Unicron's head was always drifting through space. See the movie.

most of todays kids don't even know of the original Tfs like you and me

so it's a continuatine of the one they just knew AKA Armada

Also Hasbro coundn't call SL Laserwave Shockeave becuse they didn';t have the rights for the name then, but they do now

Same for Hot Rod

What're you talking about? In G1 he was "Shockwave" and in Energon he's "Shockblast." How did they not have the rights?

Plus, Transformers has a lot of childhood fans who don't know much of G1, I can't wait to see their reaction to the upcoming movie. The original voices are coming back. They might not take to Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime.
