Acclaimed Novelist?

So was Peterson writing under an alias, or is he a vanity publisher? I found plenty of books in Amazon by Michael Peterson, but I bet there's more than one novelist by that name, and I couldn't be sure who of them was this Peterson.

Anyone know of the books he's actually written? For instance, it'd be rather ironic if he'd written 'God and Evil: An Introduction to the Issues'.
