Um... I don't get your question. Not every family thanks god or talks about their religion in the episode. Are you assuming that every family that isn't a walking stereotype of a religion MUST be christian?
shareDont forget, non-Christians abuse the words "Thank you God", too. And us Christians are very subtle so the only real way of knowing is if they themselves said they are Christians.
But I do remember some other religions being put on the show.

They did once when they built a house for buddists... but yeah seems that whenever they get a couple just dating but living seperately they make sure they are married before they return from holidays or once they get back from holidays before they move into the house.. but hey they change peoples lives and do awesome work so i guess whatever works for them..
