Is There A DVD Series For Award-Winning Shorts?

I was wondering because it would be awesome to have a collection of top notch shorts on DVD. I've seen Eros, & some Anime shorts compilations, but is there like a definitive series for high end short films? anybody have any leads, Thanx!
