It's because down through the years, they've had to adopt that style in order to avoid the noose. Ahhh...the good old days.

I'm white...so is my husband, and you should see our daughter when she gets pissed about something. She looks like one of those bobble-head things. Add the eye-rolling and finger-wagging, and she looks like a blonde Anjelah Johnson about to yell, "Secuuritty!!" Lol As a matter of fact, my gay nephew does the same thing.
