Parking garage floor at start of movie

The movie starts inside a parking garage, not on the top level.

Yet the floor is completely and evenly soaked with water, and it's a nice sunny day outside.

How'd all that water get in there? Even on the obvious high and low spots of the floor, it ALL got wet!

I hate that when they wet down the floor in movies just for the looks.
