I'd have to say that "Valkyrie" is better, because it's more exciting. However, after seeing it, I wanted to know more and watched "Stauffenberg" on Youtube. It's a lot more detailed and seems more accurate as to what that day was really like for the conspirators.
So, I'd say see Valkyrie first. If you enjoy it and want to know more, check Stauffenberg out.
Valkyrie is better and more watchable, shows the different plotters better, is more suspenseful and less boring and is more accurate in places. However, Stauffenberg's wounding in North Africa and the spot details of July 20th are actually more accurate in 'Stauffenberg'.

yes, maybe, but the RAF strafing attack on Staufenberg in North Africa is very crudely executed in CGI in "Staufenberg", in not refining that a bit they got the movie off to a poor start.
Of course I'm sure that CGI war-vid has improved since 2004.
