Was that he didn't play any music publicly in America. I kept waiting for him to ask someone if he could borrow a squeeze box and play with them. I thought it would have been a nice touch if that had happened.

Or even if he had played for the mother & daughter on the house boat...if he had his accordion on his boat with him of course.

But he quickly realized that he didn't have the ability to play with these musicians. He could have gotten all depressed, but he just accepted it. Heroes are supposed to accept their own shortcomings. He never lost his love for the music though, he just saw that he wasn't that good. It is one more thing to love about him.
