Been years since I've watched it

But man, I still think this is a good movie! Its establishment of atmosphere in unmatched among contemporary indie horror, and the '80s grindhouse feel is great. One of the best throwbacks out there; still holds up. I still get creeped out by the house and surrounding property where it was filmed.
