My Review...Spoiler Alert!

I was COMPLETELY IMPRESSED with this movie (and VERY SUPRISED BY HOW FUNNY IT WAS/IS)! As a movie viewer who's grown sick of the "new breed" of allegedly funny comedy devoid of true laughs due to political correctness (aka SOCIALISM), I found myself laughing more at "riots" than anything I've seen in years...You can keep the boring Owen Wilson/Will Farrell/Ben Stiller/Vince "ain't funny" Vaughn/Steve Correll/Jack Black garbage...Bring me more sh*t like this movie! This was true a Mel Brooks "don't give a *beep* about anything but laughs" style movie! Normally, I can't stand sell-out has-been Dogg, but for once he didn't ruin a movie...I could have done without the extremely lame/weak version of "F&^k the Police" he did in the flick, but other than that, it was all good. Good points of this movie:

1) The INTRO...My God, that was REALLY WELL DONE FOR A satirical movie intro..a reversal of almost all of the highly publicized tragedies of 2004 or so, running back to the time of the L.A. Riots...

2) As mentioned, the "go for laughs, f&*k the PCism" elements of the movie...

3) Good cast all around...No horrible acting...Not Oscar caliber of course being a comedy and all, but nobody on screen I wanted to reach through the tv and b*tch-slap either!

4) The "did I just see that" factor...There's lots of small jokes fit into the mix that make this movie worth watching more than once...SPOILER...there's real footage interspersed with comedy here...which made for some very funny moments...

5) It's damn cheap...Got my copy for free when I bought United 93...from Movie Gallery...and, to think, I was REALLY hesitant to buy L.A. Riots...

Bad points:

1) If you're watching this movie with a Gen-Y or Gen-Z brainwashed fool around (or one of their elder brain-washers), be prepared to listen to a bunch of humorless whining...Thanks Liberalism for making everyone too sensitive to laugh at life!

2) The movie's just too damn short...I wish there were more features on the DVD...It has a "making of" that I haven't watched yet, but I'd rather see "deleted scenes," "alternate endings," "out-takes" or something like that...

Other than that, I say BUY THIS MOVIE IF YOU GET A CHANCE! It's satire in a styling I haven't seen since the days of Blazing Saddles or more recently Natural Born Killers (although "riots" is FAR LESS SOCIALLY RELEVANT!)

Who does Jonathan Lipnicki play? Does he have a big part?

I call movies that are considered 'bad' hated movies.
