I have this movie and i watched it for the first time yesterday and oh my god its fantastic, the acting, the scenery, the script, it was even filmed in my mums street, and the street i grew up in, it was fun pointing out familiar locations, i reccomend anyone to watch this movie, very heartwarming and fun.
How do you have the movie when it is not realised yet? I was an extra in this movie and I don't have it!!!

Doesn't Mickybos' uncle own the Glengorley Movie House? I saw a piece in the paper about Mickybo being refused admission in Yorkgate because he was underage! although he was in the film!!
UK release date is 28th Nov 2005. I'd be interested in buying a copy if you have the full retail version.

hi, seen a few posts regarding availablity of the DVD - maybe I'm missing something but it's been in Xtravision for a few weeks now. maybe they have an exclusive release I dunno but it's there anyway :)

The DVD is currently available in Australia, which is a shame as you'd think we'd get it first! I rented out a version from a video rental place which imports DVDs, and it's convieniently coded in Region 2 and 4, so us the UK will have no problems running it on our standard DVD players.
