When Diaz goes to pick up her car at Impound: What Happens?

So while cleaning my room this movie was playing in the background and I saw up to the scene where Diaz's character gets to the impound lot, when the two men she met were taking her there (in a taxi I think). All the way up to where one guy whispered something in her ear which made her look uneasy, and then she asked "where is this place anyways", after that, my lovely Satellite connection cut off, and I missed the next 15 minutes.

So what happens in this scene at that moment?
