Welfare, charities, SJWs and conservatives create idiocracy

I see people blaming Republicans for the degeneration, and draw comparisons between this movie and Trump being elected as President.
I do not support him. I'm socially liberal, and fiscally I would label myself as social-liberal provided it's a homogeneous country, which most Western countries aren't anymore.
However I would say socialists and liberals are playing an even greater part in steering Western countries into idiocrasy.
It's leftist enablers like this SJW that's making sure we go that direction, shaming and character assassinating anyone who dares to question the situation:

Dumb, unproductive people reproduce at a high rate and have their children live long enough to reproduce due to welfare, charities and medical treatment from productive members of society.

Pregnant teenagers aren't having abortions, and third worlders are dis-encouraged from using contraceptions by moronic "pro-life" conservatives.

We need mass-sterilization and forced abortions in the first World.
Sterilize all felons and kids in the juvenile system. Force abortion on those that do not have an income. Sterilize all those that have needed more than one abortion.
End charities in developing countries and use stronger measures to prevent illegal immigration.
That's the only way to put a stop to the degeneration.
