I just visited a couple of websites, and I haven't seen all of the novela yet. I also missed the begining of the novela. So anyway I got mixed up on who is the oldest of Norma, Sarita, and Jimena. Also who is the oldest of the Reyes brothers?

No - I'm pretty sure Oscar is the youngest. Telemundo used to have a web page for it that gave their character's ages and it put him as the youngest.

I've never seen Las Aguas Mansas so I don't know how that one goes, but here is the correct order for the other two:
Pasion de Gavilanes:

Sara, Norma, Jimena
Fuego en la Sangre:
Juan, Oscar, Franco
Sofia, Sara, Jimena
The birth order makes very little difference to the story, although Sara's greater resemblance to her mother in PDG is understandable because she is the oldest. The difference in the Televisa series is most probably about the actors' real ages relative to each other.
Actually you are wrong on both Fuego and PDG in
