After you find the robotic Fizzwiget on Boldan, and you have to go to prison. Then when you get the Upgrated Wrench, and there are little boards that disapear when stepped on. I can't get past the part where a board is facing up and down. Does anyone know how to pass it?

Try a wall-leap. Quickly press jump as you slide against the vertical platform, which will bounce you in the other direction.

the four ships shouldn't be too hard if you just focus your fire on them, but if that gets too hard, try upgrading your ship weapons at the ship shack.
