this movie was really good, and by that i mean really bad

I thought this movie was horrible. It wasn't even that the story was bad, it just made absolutely no sense. Nothing that happens in the movie is explained and nothing is connected. It's almost like watching 4 separate stories. First story: husband and wife start living in an apartment so the husband can write better. Second story: Ghosts are popping up in the room. Who these ghosts are is never explained. Third Story: Husband is really angry and wife is sick. Husband leaves. Why does he leave? Was it the demons possessing the room forcing him too? Was he just going crazy? No one knows, it isn't explained in the movie. Why does the wife get sick? Hopefully you're not naive enough to think they actually explained this. Fourth Story: What the *beep*? Some guy wrote books decades ago and the wife writes a book about him. What does that even have to do with the movie. After wasting my night on this movie I had the distinct feeling you get when someone plays a prank on you. I can honestly say this movie has absolutely no redeeming qualities, even as a horror movie. There may be two or three scary parts in the movie, but they're cheap scares. A ghost jumps up out of nowhere and screams, that type of deal. There's never any suspense and most of the movie you're just waiting for it to be over.

Congragulations, you made it out of the parallel to Hell pit this movie is, that myself and others fell into. I still have not seen a movie worse than this, but Transmorphers and Keeper Of Souls comes pretty damn close....

I totally agree with you Crumpet. Also, I didn't see how the bloody mattress was related to the movie. I mean yes, someone died and the mattress was "haunted" I guess, but they got a new mattress right after and nothing ever happened again with the mattress. Why did they even bother putting that in the movie?
