I cosplayed as Ami at my first con!

This year I went to a con that was held near my area. When my friends invited I couldn't turn them down. When they told me that they were cosplaying, I told them that I would be going as one of the Sailor Senshi from PGSM. At first I wanted to go as Rei but I end up going as Ami. I didn't have the fuku so I just put a normal outfit of mine together that Ami might wear. Plus, I put the Mercury symbol on my head. It wasn't bad at all. The best part about my first con experience that I found there were other PGSM cosplayers out there, just not a lot. I ran into one girl who went as Sailor Moon (she had the fuku). I also ran into a girl who cosplayed as Salior Mars. That same girl also cosplayed as Zoicite and the costume was totally awsome! But the coolest part the day I dressed as normal Ami another girl was dressed up as Dark Mercury! One of my friends pointed her out to me. I ran over and had to ask for her pic. She was really nice. It was awsome when a few people asked us for our pic together. Next con I hope to go as Rei with the whole Senshi fuku! Plus one of the cats. Hehehe.
