Title sounds remarkably like an old movie starring Sophia Loren and Anthony Perkins - "5 Miles to Midnight"
Does anyone know how they came up with the title? I know absolutely nothing about this new series.... enlighten me! :-)
A lot of times, titles are made AFTER a story is written, so it may well have been based on similarity to other titles.
In this case, the title explains the plot, which starts out with an event occurring at midnight on a Friday night and then goes to five days before that event.
If this ever came out on DVD, there might be a chance that the title is explained, but I don't know the chances of that happening...
