I got 100%, you get a ticket to see an itchy and scratchy episode made for the film

It's impossible to get exactly 100% (all the cars and costumes etc...) without cheating, unless you are very, very patient, and can stand hitting things and getting only one coin, as the wasps and boxes aren't enough for everything.
That's why I use the "Destroy car with one hit" cheat, and "Invincible car" cheats, lot quicker, but still takes a long time.
You only get the Itchy & Scratchy ticket by getting all the cards, it doesn't matter whether you complete the game.
I've completed the game at least 3 times, and got 100% each time

HA HA HAAAAA!
Just smash the Krusty glass things, you get 5 coins for them and they keep reappearing. It's very possible to get 100% without cheating, it just takes time.
