PLEASE NO SPOILERS I don’t want to know why and what ep , but do we get to find out what [spoiler] happens to her position at corporate, and why she is suing them? [/spoiler]

Yes. We learn who gets her position at corporate and we hear the deposition about why she is suing them.

Thanks for replying. I have since watched several rounds of the series . It is hilarious and I always find new things I’ve missed.
But maybe you can answer this , does Jan ever win any money, or did Michael sabotage her chances? I don’t think she wins but her business savvy always has her land on her feet , job wise. And “ Assy” was a great thing to happen to her😂😂😂
