The mountain patrol selling the pelts?

the film seemed to critque the patrollers for selling on the fur, or at least the characters themselves critqued themsevles

i didnt really see much wrong with them selling the pelts

they were doing this volunteraily, with no funds, all by themselves.

I didnt really see much problem with them selling the pelts to get money because the Poachers had already killed the animals and the damage was done

they only sold it to gain funding for food and supplies to take down the people actually killing the animals.

so i didnt really see a problem with it, infact i would probably encourage them to sell of the pelts they could if it was in order to help take down to actual problem.

anyone else feel the same?
