Does anyone know the names of the models / actors that posed as each of the Generals in Zero Hour? Including the bosses?

What I wanna know is who provides the voice for General Townes? It sounds like David Caruso from CSI: Miami but I can't be sure... Anybody know?

As in the Laser General? He sounded nothing like Caruso, his voice was a way different pitch...but regardless I was wondering who the voice actors were too. After watching the premiere of 24 season 6 today, one of the actors sounded a lot like Prince Kassad (Stealth General) though I'm not entirely sure.
