What do you think happened after the ending?

I'm very late to this party, but I only just saw this movie yesterday.

Obviously everyone will have their own view on what happened after the end credits...and that is part of the fun.

What do you think? Did Sarah/Michael work things out? Were they able to be a family again? They obviously reconcile to some extent, but I find it a little bit hard to believe that they actually stayed married, especially with how scarred the kids would be. Some things are too hard to come back from. Tragic, but true.

What about Jannick? Was him walking out when he was tempted(when Sarah was in the shower) the end of their dancing around their attraction? Would he stay away from then on? Would they ever start a relationship? I feel like, even though they obviously were very interested in each other, the circumstances surrounding their relationship would make it impossible for it to go anywhere. The situation is just too weird. I think he would continue to have a role in their family though, but they would just have to be careful not to spend time together alone.

That's obviously the big question. My take is that the marriage will not survive. Michael is just too *beep* up in the head because of what happened and because of what he did.

And I think there is more than attraction between Sarah and Jannick. It goes deeper. So while I don't think Jannick would be moving in and replacing Michael, Sarah and Jannick would get together at some stage.
