Commentaries = Annoying

Not the commentaries themselves, it's the near-constant plugging Little Bush. Enough. It's like listening to "You know" from a Roland Emmerich dvd. Every minute or so, another plug. Yes, we get it. You do another show. You've told us already. Keep at it, and the dvds may just get returned to the store.

They worked on Little Bush? I honestly didn't know that.

I know a few of the people who worked on Drawn Together worked on Little Bush (if memory severs Mike Mandel does, a producer) but Matt and Dave (creators) as well as a few other hate little bush as it was the show that replaced them.

If you have Season three watch Drawn Together Babies; they talk about little bush a bit in the commentary.

The only commentary that truly annoyed me was the one for The Other Cousin. To hear men and women in their late 30s making fun of mentally handicapped people in person... Is a bit too much to handle.

Hail to the king, baby.

I suppose it's possible the commentaries were a parody of DVD TV show commentaries, and were never intended to be listened all the way through. They are intensely annoying, mostly because the people responsible for creating this series have seemingly so little to say about it. This is evidenced in one commentary in which a 'random mexican guy' is 'hired from the street' to sit in on the recording, who reveals himself to be much more intelligent and insightful than the others.

They even make fun of the commentary for the Drawn Together movie and the characters themselves in the movie say (who the hell listens to this s---)

If you watch the movie they make fun of this flat out

right....
