Where can one get discs cheap?

as typical, here in US can't find it ANYwhere!

Here, "PBS" (more like BS) run the same boring english reruns from the 1970-80s year in year out for last 15 years that i'm tracking, and hype it in every years pledge drives for money as "culture"!

They rarely show the intelligent series, certainly on East coast. Way out west, In california (of all places), PBS was better with regard to brit tv series.

I would like to get discs for all seasons of this, and "in the red" if possible too. Used is oK.

I realize that you probably won't see this, but just in case:

1. A lot of Brit shows don't make it to Region 1-compatible DVD, so you'd have to have a region-free DVD player. (Absolute Power didn't make it to DVD in the US.)

2. Some DVD sellers in the UK won't ship to the US -- or, if they do, shipping can be really costly.

3. Look online. (The series is on yt at present, and tho the quality of some eps isn't very good, it's better than not having the shows at all. You can d-ld the eps and either watch the mp4 or avi files using a media player, or you can burn them to disc using Freemake or similar software.)

So glad you saw the message! yt is a surprisingly good source for hard-to-find stuff -- as noted, the quality is often so-so, but I can live with that.

There are at least a handful of safe sites that are similar to, albeit smaller than, yt. If you're seeking ideas, pls send me a pea em, so to speak. Cheers.
