this may seem pretentious but who cares!

the afrika shox video i feel makes a massive comment on todays culture. the man i feel represents so many different aspects of humanity. it shows possible homelessness and the ignorance of many people. it could represent the illness of a lot of people (aids and other blood borne diseases which could also be a comment on the fact hes black which is a blood thing. your culture your skin colour etc...(nothin 2 do with aids btw))the fact that he is breaking could also show mental illness etc... the fact that the car runs him over and people look at him as nothing could also show the temorarity of our lives and the inconsequence of others. the way he asks for help and people ignore him could also make a comment on now and the past wars with the temporarity of people in those situations. people die everyday and this has no effect on us but the metaphorical showing of this effects us deeply. this could also be a comment on the quote "the death of one is a tragedy the death of millions is just a statistic" in the fact that the man who dies alhough now gone seems more alive in memory and film then those around him who seem very much dead inside. now as i said this may seem pretentious just want your feedback. ne other ideas? i have kept these opinions since when i first saw it when i was 13 so i feel that hey stand for me. enjoy ^_^

i always saw it as an african guy coming into an american city, who is given no help, no respect and ultimately gets shattered by the americans' ignorance.
