The Sims 1 vs Sims 2 vs Sims 3

My opinion:

The Sims 1 - only for nostalgics and people who has been with the franchise from the beginning. Newcomers will probaly find it too restricted and dated.

The Sims 2 - Basically the first Sims game, only VERY VERY improved and can still compete with The Sims 3. It's biggets flaw is long loading times.

The Sims 3 - probaly better than Sims 2. It has open neighborshoods and personality traits for example, and has a "bigger" gameplay. But it's sims isn't good looking and it's more bugged than the 2 first games put together.

What's your opinion?

I have all three and I like the sims 2 most. I would have loved some roller coasters and superstar for the sims 2 but oh well, it's too late for that

I have Sims 1 and 2, but haven't tried 3 yet. Because of all the mixed opinions for 3, I think I'll just keep enjoying 2, and wait until they come out with 4.

Have put Sims 3 last even though it is better than Sims 1 from today's perspective, because I thought it was a disappointment compared to Sims 2.
