Is there anyway to get the end credit music?

Is there a soundtrack for this film out, and what is the name of the song sung by Jackie Chan during the end credits. I love the song.

well i have been searching for a soundtrack since 1 year now lol and no luck so if you find it tell me XD but as for the end credits song the name is "September Storm by Jackie Chan". i love the song as well :)
