Spoof of Independent Films?!?!

i disagree, i think it's a fabulous idea.

however, if you're going to spoof the independent film genre, you can't do it in a mainstream way. it needs to attract the independent audience, and you're not going to by making a movie that looks along the lines of 'not another teen movie' and 'scary movie'. it needs to be more stubtle and not loose the audience it's targeting.

there's nothing more disappointing than a good idea falling into the hands of a poor writer/director.
