Is this movie a hard R Rating? Is there a lot of language, violence, and/or sex?

Yes, I'd say it's a hard R rating. There is some violence and sexual content, and an abundant amount of foul language. There are actually 2 versions of the DVD available, R-rated and UN-rated. The UN-rated version has more language and more sex, and it includes a second DVD filled with special features (also filled with language, violence and sex).
