Like The 'burbs?

When watching this with my kids(4,6&8), it felt kind of like an animated version of The 'burbs. One of the best animated movies we have all enjoyed as as family. Kids also love The 'burbs.

For some reason I got an overall 80s vibe from the movie. It definetly reminded me to The 'burbs, but also some other movies like The Goonies, The Lost Boys, Monster Squad and other things like that.

Totally agree, it reminded me of The 'Burbs as well, both very entertaining movies.
