EVERYBODY PLEASE TAKE PART- as many replies as possible

OK, i'm gonna try this just to see different people's reactions to the movie. Put down

1. What country you live in and...
2. Whether you liked the film or not (give it a mark out of 5).

Please don't put anything else such as scathing comments (as in unreasoned, childish or trollish). And, obviously don't comment if you haven't seen the film (The-Bartimaeus-Trilogy, bsg tns, batowich, Zarove etc.)

I want as many as humanly possible on these boards. Please leave a post : )

Love your fantasy rank. I thought I was the only one who liked Dark City that much. Every one of those 5 you listed it a great movie (though some Harry Potter movies more then others).

I AM the Darkside.

Lovely visuals, flat actors, what Chown said about the pace, and hollow at the core. Glad I didn't pay to see it and left early.

Don't forget to add there The-Bartiemus-trilogy and AssatollahKhomeini... (though the last one actually saw the film -or so he says- his posts are just as irrational as the ones coming from haters that didn't). xD

Stunning visuals but could have been truer to the book. also by leaving the ending out it makes no sense without releasing the rest of the trilogy.

reply

The same of course could be said of LOTR. The makers of this film clearly intended to film the whole of the trilogy. But somehow that never happened. Almost as if some Higher Power intervened to cut it short. How odd.
